Student Immunizations
Because of past outbreaks of mumps, rubella, and especially measles on college campuses, New York State Public Health Law 2165 requires that all degree-seeking students enrolled at a college or university for six (6) credits or more and born on or after January 1, 1957, provide documentation of their immunizations against measles, mumps, and rubella.
Students who do not provide documentation, in English, of immunity for these diseases will be prevented from attending and registering for classes.
Students should visit www.cooper.edu/healthforms as well for more information, due dates, requirements, and a list of required forms.
