SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING (SoE) POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
As a central repository for existing, new and revised policies and guidelines, the SoE Policy Repository serves to standardize policy format, eliminate redundancies, improve organization, and accessibility. The policies are organized in categories as noted below. Some policies may be listed in multiple categories. SoE policies, procedures and guidelines are retained and maintained in this repository to guide and inform the SoE community, including faculty, staff, and students.
This repository does not contain an exhaustive list of school or institutional policies. Information on Cooper Union institutional policies can be found here.

RESOURCES FOR STUDENTS
Student Instructions:
All SoE students should follow the guidance provided by the Dean's Office when completing academic forms prior to submission to Betsy Quitugua for approvals and signatures. The Dean’s Office will review, and if approved, the form will be forwarded for subsequent approvals and signatures via Adobe Sign, and then submitted to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
All forms pertaining to master's students and the MEng program should be sent to Beth Slack. Additional information regarding the MEng program is below.
Faculty Instructions:
We must ensure compliance with Cooper Union IT system security protocols to prevent data breaches. You must use your Cooper issued e-mail account for all communications related to academic forms. Please execute academic forms as instructed by the Dean's Office and forward to Betsy Quitugua for additional approvals and signatures.
