Civil Engineering Students Receive 2018 Moles Scholarships

Two undergraduate Civil Engineering students, QiTong Han and Daniel Smith CE'20, along with one graduate student, Matthew Seinuk CE'17, ME'19, received student scholarships from The Moles, a fraternal organization of the heavy construction industry.
Matthew Seinuk, as a graduate student studying Geotechnical Engineering, was chosen to receive the Arturo L. Ressi di Cervia Scholarship via lottery.
QiTong Han was nominated and chosen to receive the 2018 Student Scholarship, which is given to a third year Civil Engineering student who expressed interest in the heavy construction field.
Daniel Smith was nominated and chosen to receive the 2018 Student Award, which is given to a third year Civil Engineering student whose academic achievement showed promise of leading to a career in heavy construction.
The three students were invited to attend to be recognized at The Moles Members' Dinner held at the New York Hilton Midtown on the evening of November 7, 2018.
