Peter Vetter

Peter Vetter, president of Bell Labs Core Research, will highlight the latest research from the Nokia Bell Labs team and their vision for the next-generation cellular data network starting in 2030. This includes new cloud based network architectures with massive use of AI for its automation and performance optimization, new spectrum technologies, post-Shannon communication, networks with a 6th sense, and the future of quantum security.

This program is open to Cooper Union students, faculty, and staff.

Located in the Frederick P. Rose Auditorium, at 41 Cooper Square (on Third Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets)
