MARCH 25, 12:30 - 1:50 PM: ATTEND THE REGISTRATION INFO SESSION (TEAMS)

MARCH 25 – APRIL 7: ONE-ON-ONE ADVISING 

(Rising) sophomores meet with Fran. Transfer students meet with Doug. Other (rising) juniors and seniors meet with their assigned faculty advisor. Use your transcript, credit audit worksheet, and academic planning chart to determine which Art and FHSS classes you can/should include in your summer & fall 2025 schedules. Architecture and Engineering class opportunities will be shared when available.

 

APRIL 22 – 28: THE PREREGISTRATION PERIOD
This is when your plan(s) must be ready on the portal so that Fran can register your School of Art classes (plus up to one HTA class for fall) and approve your other FHSS classes.

APRIL 29 – MAY 1: THE REGISTRATION PERIOD
This is when you must register your approved HSS/HUM/SS/HTA classes for summer & fall and adjust your schedule(s) if necessary.

SENIORS IN FALL 2025:
Put your plan on the portal before 9 AM, Tuesday, April 22.

  • Plan may include a maximum of four FA/TE classes.
  • Plan must include the liberal arts classes that you need (probably two or three classes). 

Email Fran at 9 AM on 4/22 that your plan is ready for review. “Senior [last name] plan is ready.” 
We will register you within the limits stated above. We will contact you if there are problems. 
Remember, YOU must register your approved summer & fall classes at 9 AM, Tues., April 29.

JUNIORS IN FALL 2025:
In the evening on Tuesday, April 22, we will send out a list of full classes.
Check the list – make sure that you are planning enough available classes to make a complete schedule. 
Put your plan on the portal before 9 AM, Wednesday, April 23. 

  • Plan may include a maximum of four available FA/TE classes.
  • Plan must include the liberal arts classes that you need (probably two or three classes). 

Email Fran at 9 AM on 4/23 that your plan is ready for review. “Junior [last name] plan is ready.” 
We will register you within the limits stated above. We will contact you if there are problems.
