POSTED ON: August 1, 2017
The Cooper Union continues to be ranked in the top ten of several independent "best" lists produced by various college guides. This week the Princeton Review ranked The Cooper Union as being in the top ten schools nationwide that offer "Great Financial Aid." Cooper also appears on the unranked "Best Northeastern" college list. News outlets like CNBC have covered the rankings.
Earlier in July U.S. News and World Report ranked The Cooper Union #1 in a list of 10 Colleges That Give Merit Aid to the Most Students. It was found to have the highest percentage of students who were awarded merit scholarships without demonstrating financial need.
In the same month, the Fiske Guide to Colleges put The Cooper Union on its list of the top "Best Buy" private colleges internationally. "Best Buy" schools are "noted for quality academic offerings and affordable cost."
