Attorney General Schneiderman Criticizes New Hydrofracking Regulation Proposals

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) has released new proposals for the regulation of hydrofracking in the Delaware River Basin. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman criticized the proposals in a strongly worded statement, released yesterday by his office.
